THE TWO COWS
Franz Dreidax, one of the pioneers of biodynamic agriculture, used the effective image of two cows, one living on a field where it grazes and produces manure, the other living under cultivated land where it contributes to the fertility of the soil. In the healthy land, this second cow is more important and productive for the farmer than any other animal or any other farming method.
This is the philosophy at the heart of Agricola San Giobbe.
